Goodbye to my old digs
I came home from my first day of work and my last night at Kolping House with new additions to the entrance. There was also a bull with VERY long horns next to the drive.
Thank you, Kolping House! You were a wonderful and hospitable introduction to Kampala.
Avid obituary reader, amateur gardener, undercover Episcopal priest, desultory baseball fan, high-falutin' tea drinker, and full-time pet owner. I am also the Managing Director of Confirm not Conform. In 2008, I worked as a Kiva Fellow in Kampala, Uganda, an experience that only increased a long-held interest I had in Africa and effective aid, reflected in these posts.
