Dean Martha in Sudan
I've fallen behind in my Africa news, but I was very pleased to see this tidbit (following the Lead) about the Very Reverend Martha Deng Nhial being installed as the Dean of the Cathedral of St. Matthew in Renk, Sudan. Very cool!
Avid obituary reader, amateur gardener, undercover Episcopal priest, desultory baseball fan, high-falutin' tea drinker, and full-time pet owner. I am also the Managing Director of Confirm not Conform. In 2008, I worked as a Kiva Fellow in Kampala, Uganda, an experience that only increased a long-held interest I had in Africa and effective aid, reflected in these posts.
